Does Qantova guarantee profitable trades?

Who is Qantova for?
It is designed for traders who want a structured desktop environment for monitoring Futures markets, enforcing predefined limits, supervising automation and reviewing what the system did.
Is Qantova web-based?
The main product is a desktop application. qantova.com is the product, billing, documentation and support website.
Which operating systems are supported?
Qantova is currently distributed for Windows and macOS.

How do I activate the application?
Open Qantova and enter the same email address used during checkout together with the personal access code delivered to that email.
What is the difference between Weekly, Monthly and Lifetime?

How are payments processed?
Payments are processed through secure Stripe Checkout. Qantova uses the resulting payment status to issue and manage software access.
Can I cancel a Weekly or Monthly subscription?
Yes. Cancelling stops future renewals according to the applicable billing flow.
Can I get a refund after downloading or activating Qantova?
Digital software purchases are generally non-refundable after digital delivery or activation, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
Read Refund Policy →Do taxes apply?
Taxes may apply depending on your location and applicable law. The amount presented through the checkout flow applies to the transaction.
Binance access and API permissions
Does Qantova require Binance withdrawal permission?
No. Withdrawal permission is not required for Qantova's intended Futures workflow and should remain disabled.
Which Binance API permissions are needed?
Reading access is required for relevant account and Futures information. Futures trading permission is required only when you intentionally use Live execution.
Security & API Permissions →Should I start with real funds?
Qantova encourages a Demo-first approach. Configure the workflow, test it and understand the behaviour before deciding whether to move to Live execution.
Should I send my API Secret to support?
No. Never email Qantova your Binance API Secret, exchange password, two-factor authentication code, wallet private key or seed phrase.
