2. Information we may process

Depending on how you use Qantova, we may process:

  • Email address and contact information.
  • Order, subscription and payment-status information.
  • Stripe customer, checkout, invoice or subscription identifiers.
  • Qantova licence key, licence status and activation information.
  • Support messages and information you voluntarily provide.
  • Technical and security information such as timestamps, IP addresses, request information and server logs where generated by our infrastructure.

The public qantova.com website does not ask you to submit a Binance API secret. Do not send exchange API secrets, passwords or seed phrases to Qantova support.

3. Why we process data

Personal data may be processed to:

  • Complete purchases and confirm payment.
  • Issue, validate and manage software licences.
  • Deliver download and activation information.
  • Manage recurring subscriptions.
  • Provide technical and billing support.
  • Protect the service against fraud, abuse and security incidents.
  • Meet accounting, tax and legal obligations.
  • Establish, exercise or defend legal claims where necessary.

4. Legal bases

Depending on the processing activity, personal data may be processed because it is necessary to perform a contract with you, comply with a legal obligation, or pursue legitimate interests such as security, fraud prevention, service reliability and protection of legal claims.

Where consent is legally required for a specific activity, processing will rely on consent and you may withdraw that consent subject to applicable law.

5. Payments

Payments are processed through Stripe. Qantova receives payment and transaction information necessary to confirm your purchase, issue licences and manage subscriptions.

Full payment-card numbers are handled through the payment provider's checkout infrastructure rather than being requested through the Qantova website's own billing form.

Stripe processes personal data under its own privacy terms.

6. Service providers

We may use service providers necessary to operate Qantova, including payment processing, hosting, email delivery, infrastructure and security services.

These providers may process information on our behalf or, depending on the service, as independent controllers under their own terms.

Some providers may process data outside the Czech Republic or European Economic Area. Where applicable, transfers are handled using the safeguards required by data-protection law.

7. Cookies and technical storage

Qantova may use technical storage that is necessary for website or checkout functionality. Standard web-server logs may also be generated for security and operational purposes.

If optional analytics, advertising or other non-essential tracking technologies are introduced, this policy and any required consent mechanism should be updated accordingly.

8. Data retention

Personal data is retained for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including providing the purchased licence, maintaining transaction records, resolving support issues and complying with applicable legal, accounting and tax obligations.

Data may be retained longer where reasonably necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims or address fraud and security incidents.

9. Security

Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect personal data. No internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security.

For exchange credential guidance, see Security & API Permissions.

10. Your data-protection rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have rights including access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, objection, data portability and withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent.

To exercise a right, contact qantovalab@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů): uoou.gov.cz .

11. Changes to this policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when Qantova's processing activities, service providers, features or applicable law change. The latest version will be published here.
